D90
Quick and Easy Alignment of Sheaves/Pulleys

The Easy-Laser® D90 is set up in just a few seconds, projecting a laser line onto the targets that clearly shows how to adjust the machines. The D90’s targets are read “visually” and have excellent accuracy as well. And, in true Easy-Laser® fashion, you can upgrade by simply adding a digital detector! (see system D150 and D160).
The D90 BTA is compact, and suitable for most types of drives, including V-belts, timing belts, flat belts and chain drives.

Belt Alignment with Digital Precision!

The Easy-Laser® D150 has a detector with a built-in display instead of targets. The laser transmitter generates a laser plane that lies parallel to the reference pulley. The detector reads the position in relation to the laser plane and displays the parallel and angle values LIVE with digital precision. Belt alignment has never been so accurate and so easy!
With digital accuracy, you can confidently align within the prescribed tolerances as you watch the values live. Suitable for most types of drives, such as V-belts, timing belts, flat belts and chain drives.

Digital Belt Alignment with Handheld Display

Easy-Laser® D160 has a separate detector unit and display unit. Now you monitor the “offset & “angular” values from where you are standing while you make adjustments!
The detector reads the position in relation to the laser plane and displays the parallel and angle values LIVE with digital precision. Belt alignment has never been so accurate and so easy! With digital accuracy, you can confidently align within the prescribed tolerances as you watch the values live. Suitable for most types of drives, such as V-belts, timing belts, flat belts and chain drives.
The D160 will also connect to the D480/505/525 shaft systems for data storage and documentation with our FREE EasyLink™ software!
E170
Digital Belt Alignment for E710 Shaft System

The Easy-Laser® E170 is a new accessory for the E710 Shaft Alignment system, enabling users to perform belt alignment on a color screen, and with LIVE digital values! Monitor the “offset & “angular” values from where you are standing while you make adjustments! Like the D160, The E170 connects to the E710 to enable Belt Alignment documentation, too!
The E170 shows LIVE digital values, and even has a Tolerance Table to show when values are out of tolerance!
