The Easy-Laser® D450 is our entry level precision laser alignment system that offers the core functionality of our more advanced laser alignment systems.Complete with FREE EasyLinkTM software for documentation and reports, built in Tolerance Tables to help you align to your specifications, and Thermal Growth Compensation, Easy-Laser® has the answer. The D450 is hard to beat for the price, plus it’s Upgradeable to either the D505 or D525 shaft and machine alignment systems. Built of anodized aluminum (not plastic) it spans 33’ and fits shafts from ¾" to 18" in diameter. It will cover a broad range of applications from cooling towers to small pumps. | The D450 display unit can save up to 1,000 shaft alignment measurements, giving you plenty of room to store the "as found" and "as left" alignment results. |  |

The measurement results Offset and angular misalignment values are shown on the display, now you know if you are within the recommended tolerance. Plus the shim and horizontal corrections are given at the same time. Choose between "live" horizontal or vertical and watch your moves in real time making it easy to position the machine. Send the measurement results to a portable printer or store the information for PC interface and reporting. |

Horizontal 9-12-3 - For the alignment of horizontal machines by the 9-12-3 method. |

Soft Foot - With this program you check so that the machine is resting on all feet. Shows which foot should be corrected (if necessary) |

Thermal Growth Compensation - Compensates for difference in thermal growth between machines. This is a sub-program in the machine train program. |

Tolerance Check - Checks the offset and angle values towards selected tolerance. Shows graphically when the alignment is within tolerance. Sub function. |

New BTA Digital - For the alignment of pulley and chain drives. The D160 (optional) will display "offset" & "angular" values. When used with the D505 or D525 system it will provide machine feet corrections and the file can be stored in Easy-Link for reports and documentation. |
