Bore Alignment System

The Easy-Laser^® D650 is designed for straightness measurement of bores and bearing journals in diesel engines (for example crank and camshaft bearings), gearboxes, and propeller shaft installations. The system can easily measure both full and half bearing positions. Extremely stable design for maximum accuracy with a resolution of 0.001 mm [0.05 mils]. For use both in production and out in the field.

The D650 Bore Alignment System:

Can measure bores from 100mm to 500mm (3.9” - 19.7”)
Calculates the relative positions of the bores both Vertically and Horizontally!
Has extremely long measurement distance—40m (132 feet)!
Points can be measured and adjusted in any order

Adjustable bracket arms to fit bores of various sizes!

The D650 includes adjustable bracket arms for the Laser Transmitter and the detector, enabling you to measure bores from 100mm to 500mm (3.9” - 19.7”)!
